Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

Hygiene Exception

Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to Start a Return

Please note that our return processing facility is located at a different address than our business contact address. Do not mail returns to our contact address.

To initiate a return and receive the correct return shipping address, please email us directly at hello@bonitajewelsofbrazil.com Returns sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@bonitajewelsofbrazil.com with a photo of the damage. For confirmed damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
